December is here

Saturday me and the fam spent sometime putting up other decorations. Allie's favorite part was the appearance of our blow up frosty on the deck. She has always had love of the magical snow man so she especially loves watching him blow up the first time. He is currently waving at all the passer by's. Max frequents that area and hangs out. I'm pretty sure they have indepth conversations about the cosmos.

After frosty was up and going i retreated to the basement for several hours of college football on the bigscreen. Needless to say the heady kiss of death was living large. Every team i was pulling for went down in flames. My hopes were crushed and now i find myself looking online to try and find some LSU colors. I can't stand Ohio State for some reason, so the fact that they are now playing for #1 has me pulling for the other guys. LSU is good, and i hope they have the same results as Florida last year.

i'll leave you with this story for today. The other night we were driving around looking at lights. Abby zonked out so me, sam and al were talking and looking for decorated houses. Things got quite for a few as we were looking for lights in the distance. RV2 was playing a cd of Christmas toons. The song of the moment went like this.. get the tune in your head as it will help the story. "Emmanuel... God with us. Emmanuel. Emmanuel God with us, the Son of Israel." Well from the back seat allie started with the same tune but she said that lady on the radio is trying to say "Emma....... God with.... Emma." Pretty sure that song will never be the same, as now everytime i hear it i can hear allie singing "Emmaaaaaaa" These kids, pretty funny...
