Well it seems another christmas has come.. and gone. Partys, cantatas, parades, presents and lots of fun, family and food. It really doesn't seem possible that we are about to welcome in '06 when i just got to know '05 so well. I am off work this entire week. During that time i hope that we can get lots of cleaning done, win our 2nd national championship on x-box with tim and cammo and maybe just relax. Also this friday is the annual LAN Party. I'm not sure the total number but it has to be about the 6th annual year. Bignate and i will begin the assembling of the NASA space station on friday morning. And hopefully if all systems are go, by friday night there will be a 15 - 20 computers all talking to one another and ready to have the largest computer gaming partying in White County. Let the gaming begin!!!!

Ryan I realize that the value of our dollar isn't what it used to be. But I've heard some grumbling from the LAN party roster that the cost of admission to game has increased exponentially. Thus my fellow companions (most of whom are allergic to Italian food) do not partake in the comsumption of the alloted food item due to religious purposes, feel they are being taken advantage of. The people just want to know where there money is going. As our forefathers said "No taxation without representation" If you could please forward this to the other host of the 2005 LAN party II. A solution to rising cost of $10 for pizza or no pizza and gaming would be greatly apprectiated. The people would also like to make a recommendation that if the cost remains the same the excess be given to the church offering to pay for the usage of electricity and space.
Disclaimer: I just represent the people and this is not necesarily my opinion but those of my fellow peers who I feel I should stand up for. Sincerely,
Senator of the People
Hey Ryan, good to hear that your celebration of our Lord's birth was joysome. I hope you have a good week off of relaxation, championships, and LAN parties.
Hey Ryan, what is the anonymous "Senator of the People" talking about?
Senator of the People...the value of our dollar has shrunk, that's true. However, the cost of Pizza has not. Therefore, we need to raise significant fundage to buy the amount of pizza it will take to feed the hungry LANers on Friday, a crowd of 15-20. Additionally, funds are needed to procure additional snacks from the local Sam Walton establishment. Regarding your dislike (and alleged dislike from others) of pizza: Italian pies have been the food of choice at every LAN party since its inception. It also comes very nicely packaged in mass quantities. Any use/cost analysis would show it is a worthy choice of food for our purposes. So switching to another primary food source would not only incur greater cost and headache, but would concurrently break a great tradition of Italian feasting while bloodletting is in progress. Finally, you can't bring forth any motion to contribute to a church budget item before you've voted on the budget.
Mmmmm, pizza.....(drool).
Spamming is COOL!! I LOVE SPAMMED BLOGS! WOO HOO!!
I wish I had my own blog so I could post my thoughts on LAN parties and such. Wait a minute...
I'm afraid my position on the issue at hand was taken out of context. The description presented in my original address to the "Kings' of the LAN" was one of extremes. For example, the individual who refrained from the consumption of Italian cuisine was a rare case. As was the one who did for religious reasons. In my position I'm not only called on to represent those who are in the middle but those also who deviate to the left and right. One of my most reliable cabinet members was fortunate enough to dine with the royal court and obtain some valuable reaction information. He reported to me that Co-King Bignate was astonished and "hurt" by my remarks. As I wrote in my disclaimer I do not necessarily share the opinions of my peers. Through the source though I was able to confirm my orignal assumptions that much time and energy are spent by the Royal court in order to assemble the final product of gamer heaven. Thus, if there are any kickbacks it is of far less value than what they give to us all. I was able tonight to spread the news of this newest information. The gamers reactions overall were for the most part pretty positive about the cost of admission now. What they loved the most was the personability the nobility exhibited. The immediate response shows the gamers that their royal court is doing there best to instile happiness into the LAN party. They are very excited for tomorrow's Frag Fest.
