So long Shady Character

Today we said farewell to a long time shady friend. One of the big trees in our back yard has been ill for awhile. I wonder if it had been hit by lightening or something, because one side of it was really dead and the other side was perfectly healthy. We let it go until it appeared to be a hazard and so it was time to go. I always hate to loose such a big tree. they don't grow over night you know! We hired the cutting and clean up. As much as it pains me to pay someone for something like this, having the right tools means everything. The guy we hired was Al's Tree service. He was super nice. He did an awesome job too. It looks like he took a shop vac and cleaned up because he left no mess what so ever. We took a video, as seems to be the way we do everything ha ha. You'll notice he gave allie a quick ride in the bucket truck. Enjoy!
