Chick Chain

Every year since Allie has been alive, we have gone to ryan's office (with chicken and biscuits in hand, no pun intended) to see the chick chain. This year was no different. I just told allie there was a big surprise for her this morning. So we got on our clothes and picked up our biscuits from the GREAT KFC and headed to the office. She didn't realize what was going on til she went around the corner and heard lots of chirping! My allie I will have to say isn't scared of too much. In her little life, she has boldly innertubed behind the boat, road a 'big' farriswheel, and hasn't met an animal she isn't friends with. She handled them as carefully as a 3 year old can. Abby unfortunately handled them as carefully as a 1 year old can (yes she will be one next week!!! can you believe that?) abby tried picking them up by the head and wings, so we thought it best she just touch them lightly. They were warming under the heater when we left. Allie told them she would miss them, but nice families were coming to take care of them. My, my, my girls are growing up before my eyes!!
