The Safe that almost wasn't...

"Hey rhino.. what you doin this afternoon?" When those words come from BJ you know that your about to do something crazy. The latest adventure happened on friday. The players included the red mule, and safe weighing in at 10 tons, and the pizza hut crew. The details of the adventure are greatly detailed on Bj's Blog. Go read the detail there, and then I will fill in a few gaps...

Go ahead... go read the full detail and i'll wait....

Ok, one note, Cam was doing some work and not watching from a distance. You can see him in the background (in the video below) feeding a rope that was helping to ease the safe down the ramps. I will say that that for the most part it wasn't too big of a strain, except for when the rope got hung and Tim and I had to push the safe back up the ramp about 3 inches. I think that is where most of my aches and pains today are coming from. I'm not sure how BJ's formula works when having to push the safe up a 30% grade. My guess is it is closer to the full 10 tons. In the end, all were safe, no pun intended. A great story was born, and the Red Mule has added another jewel in her crown. Stay tuned to our blog as we slowly reveal the combo to jones safe! Ha ha!

Below is a short video that Tara shot with her cell phone. The part where we had to push it back up the ramp isn't on here, but it will always be burned in my mind. Notice the bending boards, the sagging truck, and the struggling jokers rolling the safe down the ramps. Oh yeah, you can see BJ smiling in the background, already plotting his next adventure!
