Training put into action...

You can never be sure what is going to come from the other side of the cell phone when caller id says "BJ". Well this saturday about 3:00 pm the phone rang. About half asleep i answer and said "What's up Jone's", he replied not much man what's up with you. Then is when the call turned strange. He says hey man, you think you and cam can come out to the airport and shoot some pigeons for me with your shotguns? Naturally i thought Verizon must be having some sort of trouble because i wasn't sure what i'd just heard. But my ears heard correctly. The "flying rat" as jones called them has taken over the airport, and with special persmission from the airport director, SWAT team heady was called in to help bring them back under control. At this point all of our training, all of the clay pigeons, all of the hours of practice were thrust into action in a moments notice. After a quick gathering up our firepower it was like i was instantly in a map of DOOM, sneaking around with cammo, and BJ at the airport banging on doors trying to startle the rats. When it was all said and done, 4 flying rats had gone home to be with their maker at the end of the day, and we haven't seen the end of it yet. This chapter or "take back our airport" has just begun.
