That was the question this past weekend. The weekend started with myself and many others attending a Mens Conference at Gum Springs Baptist Church. The conference was good. More than the message it was good to see 200 other men there to worship the Lord. Immediately after the conf many of us headed to White County High School for the 8th annual "Happening" For those who may not know the happening is a non-denominational lock in that was started by Sandra Sparkman. Sandra lost the battle with cancer but "The Happening" is bigger than ever now. The single purpose of the happening win people to Christ along with having a big time. The workers like myself typically need about a week to recover from being up all night but it is a great event. This year was a record high attendance, with just over 600 kids. 1/2 of WCHS. Pretty incredible really.
RV Brown was there to bring the main message and he did an incredible job. many decisions were made that night, and no doubt that many seeds were planted. As you can see from the pic below RV is a Big DUDE. He really does a good job of captivating the audience and keeps you listening to what he has to say. Oh by the way he is the team Chaplain for the Colts. Just another reason for me to like Paytons team. I have updated our webpage and am ready to keep it all up-to-date now that i've figured out the best way to do it all from the bigmac! still loving it by the way. Well i'm off to see allie to bed then catch up on some sleep myself.

Great post about the Happening. I wish that what we have would spead into schools around the area and around the country. But I guess most dont have the strong support for the administrative like we do. Good job on all the technical stuff too.
